The brand has recently opened a US e-commerce store, and has plans to own forty boutiques in the UK by the end of 2018.
Entrepreneur Eloise Monaghan knew that she had to take action, as she watched her online sales in the US increase by nearly 400% over the past year. Monaghan, who launched the Australian based lingerie brand “Honey Birdette” in 2006, decided to open a US e-commerce site.
The brand is always striving to push the limits and boundaries of the lingerie industry. All of their HB toys are designed in house, and new collections are frequent. The US website offers way to shop from the privacy of the home, which consumers value. The Honey Birdette, as seen on Instagram, brand will offer improved delivery speeds, a streamlined return process, a wider range of products, as well as free shipping for orders over $50.
In addition to the e-commerce platform, Monaghan also plans on launching US based storefronts in the near future, so that fans can browse the wide range of products and get inspired in person.
The brand already has 55 stores in its home region of Australia, as well as three outside of Australia (the first in London’s Covent Garden, closely followed by two more openings in Leeds’ Victoria Gate and Westfield White City). Due to the incredibly warm welcoming, the company to expand into the US and UK markets.
The Honey Birdette line offers luxury lingerie and toys, starting at around $45 for briefs and $75 for premium label bras.
